Anybody Else Think Frankie Will KO and Flatline Aldo?

If we get 2010 Aldo, then no, I doubt that happens

The fight with Chad was brutal for both Jose and Chad. Neither has looked good since.

I could see that potentially happening, and if it does, as we know, concussions have a cumulative effect, so his chin will never be the same after this fight, sad to say.

I see that as very possible. Aldo had a rough KO not all that long ago, Frankie seems to have found his power vs Mendes (at least against guys recently KOed) at 145 and seems to be sitting into his punches more and he has finished 3 of his last 4 fights, and looked pretty damn good in doing so.

I also think that it is worth noting that Frankie seems to have continued improving while Aldo may have declined. Their first fight was fairly close and definitely a competitive affair, it is not like Aldo was way better than Frankie, so I think Frankie has improved enough (and perhaps Aldo has declined, at the best stayed even) and this is enough to sway the fight in Frankie's favor, possibly enough for the KO/tKO

I think he's always been a decent hitter but he seems way more comfortable with actually planting his feet and throwing weight into strikes at 145.

I know that 2010 Aldo was possibly when he was at his peak. But how can you assume how a "2015 Aldo" will be like with just 16 seconds of footage lol. I doubt he will make the same mistake twice by running in head first to a heavy hitter like McGregor.

Conor may have pressed that button that doesn't get unpressed. Aldo may not have a durable chin anymore and with the way Frankie has been punching lately, then yeah, Frankie will knock him out. Frankie is the better fighter but there is a possibility that he will actually be dealing with the quicker more explosive athlete for once and that is what could win Aldo the fight... I favor Frankie but can't count out Jose.
