Any update on GSP?

Been out the MMA media loop for a bit, any update on what GSP plans on doing after vacating the title? Is he leaving again or just dropping down to WW?

He is begging for the Conor fight.

Which was his plan in the first place.


Blah blah has to fight Whittaker.
 
The word from his team is their waiting to see how his body reacts to treatment for his colitis which will probably take at least several months which is why he gave up the title.
 
He was last seen in the Yukon with burlap sacks full of money playing pin the tail on the Dana

Probably this. He has a crazy size advantage over him and would make good money for sure. It's sad what GSP has become. Use to fight anyone who was next in line now sits and waits for money fights. There's no way he's fighting unless it's against Conor because he realizes MW's and WW's now would eat him alive. Still a GOAT but you could tell in interviews he had no intention in defending the MW title then all the sudden gets an illness.
 
His Coach Firas Zahabi pretty much said he is only taking big fights like Mcgregor, or Mayweather.

He's waiting to see what Conor does. He will most likely fight him at 170. He's been open about this being his goal. Conor hasn't committed.

100% but with how the ufc treated him after the Hendricks fight. Fuck them I'm happy he screwed them over lol.

Sad for the fans but very smart for him
 
He's waiting for Conor but I think he would fight RDA if he beats Woodley. This opens the door for Conor/GSP being a title fight and giving Conor the ability to be a 3 division champ. I believe now he won't fight Woodley.

I don't think GSP feels MW and WW would eat him alive. I'd favour him over Woodley albeit close and everyone else at WW espeically the current #2 RDA.
 
He's sick until a big money fight with Conor Mcgregor or Tyrone Woodley comes to light.
