I need some tipps on how to keep my gloves from getting rank and how to derank a old pair that still have some life in them...I know air them out ...and I heard about putting cedar chips in a old clean sock and shove it inside the glove ..Has anyone tried the cedar in the sock ....If so how did it work ? Any insight would be cool Thanks .........

Cedar chips in a sock are the same idea behind Glove Dogs (www.ringside.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=GDOG&variation=&aitem=1&mitem=1). At $9.99 each, there really isn't an excuse for not having one set for each pair of gloves you have. But if, for some reason you just can't break off the $10 dollar bill, I guess you go with cedar chips and gym socks.

If you have a pair that is already stank. I'd spray a clean rag or a large wad of paper towels with Febreze, then stuff the material into the glove. Use Glove Dogs after that and that's probably as good as it gets.

Baking soda works or those small little shoe de-oderizing balls that they sell at sporting good stores would work too
