I've been training BJJ for about a year now and I haven't had any issues with my knees getting cut and/or burned. Now, in the past few weeks I have at least 15 scrapes on my knees that I can't get to heal. Even with kneepads I'm still tearing the scab off so I just can't get it to heal. Just curious if anyone has any secrets that would like to share to get this to heal.

I know taking a week off would do the trick but that's not gonna happen. HAHA

I actually just posted a threadt about scar and staph prevention. A lot of posters listed some of the products like,
-Neosporin
-Mederma
-Staph-a-Septic
-burt's bees res-q ointment
-Detol
These products prevent staph and some promote healthier cell regeneration on cuts and scrapes.

But when in doubt, go see what Band-Aid brand has.
