Martin Kampmann: I definitely have the hunger to compete. However, I was pushing through injuries for my last couple of fights and I'm paying for it now. Being healthy is more important than competing, even though I really miss it, most likely it's not something I will do.

I got a seminar from him in September, he just says he likes it in Sac town and Las Vegas, I would like to see him retire on a win though. He seems to take it well though he said something a long the lines of 'I have been close to getting a title shot, but when in a no 1# contenders fight I f*ck up", hard not to like him.

He said something about maybe coming back for a couple of fights but he mostly sounds done. I would like to see him fight other fighters in similar situations. I think if Kampmann came back it would be cool to see him fight someone like Swick at a catch weight or at MW.
