On the UFC 84 countdown, Sherk was drinking a dark green liquid. I've seen guys on TUF drinking it(looks the same anyway) and on a couple of other shows on FITtv. Doea anyone know what it is/does? Does it work? etc.....

Just a guess but maybe the "high energy greens" they're always advertising on Sherdog radio.

Not sure the exact brand but he has been known to drink a greens drink sometimes with ACAI berry in it. GNC has a few different ones.
