    Hello all,

I'm currently recoving from a hernia operation which I had two days ago. It's still sore as (obviously) and they've told me two weeks off work (can't drive, insurance won't cover me etc) and 4-6 weeks off training. I think I just need to bite the bullet but that much time off will make me insane I have no doubt. I'm an avid BJJer (blue belt) and am going to try to read instructionals etc, but has anyone had this experience before? If so, are there any drills/tips to keep in mind when just starting back?

PS being a bit cheeky, but if anyone wanted to trade any instructional vids I'd be very appreciative. I have heaps of files but you'd have to teach me to send them.

    Any sensible feedback is appreciated.

    Thanks
