Any Fights To Look Forward to This Weekend?

I always want to watch Aspen Ladd fight.

She's undefeated, with all her fights, except for one decision win back in her Invicta FC days, won by a finish. She got a first round finish against Evinger, compared to Evinger lasting into a third round against Cyborg.

Today she's re-matching with the one person who has managed to go the distance with her in a pro fight.

Lol people should do some research on the fighters on the cards. Plenty of hyped up UFC debuts. Guys who had a big impressive performance in regionals are getting shots. This is the type of card that is gonna host some bangers

Michel pereira is exciting af, charles "air" jourdain is an exciting pressure boxer, he will have a great fight with green. Grant dawson is a savage vsing a TUF 27 competitor. Aspen ladd is smashing motherfuckers. antonio carlos junior is choking everybody out. This card will be good have faith nerds

Naoya Inoue fights this afternoon if you're on east coast

If you don't know who that is then you need to get your head in the game, he's special

Throws 10 bucks on fights you don’t care about. Even small wagers make you look forward to the fight but I’m a degenerate

I'm hyped to see Ladd, Luque and the main event. Also some decent low key fights on the card too.

I don't see why people posting on an MMA forum cry so much when the card isn't just chock-a-block full of big names.

Do you like the sport or just the drama and characters?

I watch every card for many reasons. This is not a great card, but I'll bet we see at least one- more likely, two or three- of these fighters challenge for a world title before 2020 is through.

RDA vs. Lee. Two former LW beasts from different generations clashing at WW. I'll never not be interested in a Lee fight.

Aspen Ladd has a lot of promise and has looked phenomenal. And despite losing to Ladd, Sijara is definitely not far from the top with her TUF/UFC wins.

Oliviera and Lentz have us a war last time, and I expect the same here. Oliviera is streaky, and right now he has four consecutive submissions in the UFC. He's coming off of his best performance ever, imo. This matchup doesn't make sense (it might if Lentz wins), but it will be fun.

Luque is fighting Rocky Balboa, but it's no one's fault (hopefully not. I believe Magny). Luque is on a 4-fight winning streak. He's 8-2 in the UFC. Never been finished; finished everybody. A win here will do almost nothing but entertain us, but that's cool. An upset could be even cooler. Same goes for Davi Ramos and Austin Hubbard, but to a far lesser extent.

Megan Anderson has a tough task ahead of her. Regardless of who wins, a title shot can't be far off.

I care about every fight, be it Giles/Cummings or Arce/Erosa. I don't expect everyone to be like that. But there's definitely pertinent UFC fights tonight. Anybody who doubts that will be looking up Aspen Ladd and Vicente Luque when they're co-headlining UFC 248 next year.

Fight Picks always keeps the cards interesting! There's not much name value on this card but there should be a lot of finishes

So basically what you're saying here is you're not really an MMA fan and only care if it's big names fighting?

In this case what happens when the big names have all retired and the next generation of stars you ignored as they were coming up are all that's left, do you just stop following the sport altogether?

Who gives a fuck if its a big name fighting or not, it's a free card and a good fight is a good fight whether the guys are house hold names or not, lol.

They all have to start somewhere dude, big names didn't become big names over night.

Name me the last Bellator card you watched? Name me the last Sharks card you watched? Tell me how many of those cards you have watched? I'll wait.

Please explain why this is worth watching. Two unranked dudes on losing streaks.
Ended up being an entertaining fight with a brutal finish. That's why it's worth watching. That's why any fight is worth watching.

WTF is Felder calling tonight. Green won 30-27, 30-27, 29-28. You'd of thought he was 2 rounds down or something

I haven't seen any fights yet, but let me guess, Erosa got KO'd. The guy clearly isn't UFC caliber.

few in ONE, Tonon, Sage, Lee, Yod, Petrosyan - great results
RDA vs Lee, Luque, Shoeface, Lentz vs Do Bronx - bored as hell waiting

missed Pereira vs Roberts which will probably be FOTN
