They tried to interfere with people in Portland burning flags. That is protected under the first amendment. So what you just posted is simply wrong.

This one I can't really feel sorry for the guy. MOST jurisdictions trying to even touch a LEO's weapon is a felony right off the bat cause you have no clue what that person will do if they get ahold of said weapon.
