Well, if you watched the video, there is a definite change as it gets dark and closer to the ice facility. Sorry, but someone claiming to be “anti fascist” ordering someone to leave and not record makes me laugh every time and I simply can’t believe that no one stands up to these twats. I would fill the streets with uppercuts.

The proud boys had a huge faction just across the river in the suburbs. There are plenty of accounts of them fucking with innocent people at protests.

Couple years back when we had wildfires it was armed, right wing militias setting up checkpoints and stopping cars.

It is definitely two way traffic. Your dude Andy ngo was himself filming with and captured proof that the proud boys who took part in the cider riot riot showed up there with the sole purpose of picking fights.

I’m not denying that shit goes down at night. Point I was making is that nobody is protesting 24 seven anywhere in Portland. The ice facility was mostly a non-issue until Trump brought it up again on a national stage which intern invigorated people to show up there as well.

Prior to that there was a couple dozen anarchists who would agitate the feds. The feds would chase them off and then go back inside the building. They would do this for hours but I think both sides actually like it. Cops get to shoot an our kissed with pepper balls and tear gas, the anarchist get to play victim after they call down the thunder

Portland is definitely an active political hotspot with protests happening all the time. I never said 24/7-that wasn’t me, but I am saying that it seems to be every night for months at the ice facility. I have no issue with protesting-even when it’s people I don’t like, but antifa, even when somewhat peaceful, are still cunts when they tell people to kill themselves and yell threats-they seems to be them at their most peaceful, and I agree, I think it has become like a game for both sides at this point. But the feds seem to be ramping up their tactics and changing the rules of the game. Most of my comments come from the above videos where some skinny guy is filming and he is constantly harassed and threatened by twats who think they have the authority to order another citizen to do something with the threat of violence. No way would that go well if it was me down their filming. I am sure eventually, I would be overwhelmed by their friends, but I am taking a few scalps with me.

For sure, it was my good bud hog train (yet another poster from across the aisle who is willing and capable of having actual conversations with. Good dude, 10/10) who said 24/7.

Protesting is out cities favorite pastime. When gw bush called us little Beirut we blushed at the compliment. You’re right though about it being a nightly run around at the ice facility. It was the same way at the federal courthouse until the feds packed up and left and then the protests there stopped all together.

I look at it like squares and rectangles. Not all people who identify as antifa are anarchist dipshits, but every single anarchist dipshit considers the self antifa. The little hippie lady crocheting with a sign attached to her lawn chair is antifa. The wall of moms were antifa. The fuckin dork on a unicycle dressed like darth Vader and playing the bagpipes is Antifa.

The kid in the video is wrong and full of the ‘courage of the crowd’ as mark Twain put it. You won’t see me defending him, the kid sounds like a prick in need of a good ass kicking.

Definitely in need of an ass kicking. It still makes me laugh that they claim to be anti fascist but they use violence and intimidation to silence different views and politics. The only thing that separates them from being extremely fascist is that they have no power. Sure, they have the threat of violence that gives them a modicum of power and they obviously have some influence over politics in some areas, but no real authority.

Also, remember, when you say hogttain is “also from across the aisle” you have to remember that I am not a republican or even very conservative-I am just not very liberal either
