i don't think it would be that easy. they would have to prove intent, connections within an antifa network of any kind, coordination, etc. but if you're going to a protest in black bloc, well, it's not looking good.

I thought about the back bloc thing but even that feels like what should be a constitutionally protected right. Then again I don’t know enough about how gang affiliation and articles of clothing go together when building a case so maybe there’s rules on the book already. Still, tough to prove someone wasn’t just wearing black jeans and a black hoody, or something like they do often.

Because of the patriot act and its subsequent legacy, you don’t get the same rights when you’re a suspected terrorist. So while yes, a case would need to be built you’re rotting in jail without your constitutional rights while the government takes its time building one. And when they can’t, they cut you loose.

The idea behind connection with an antifa network is tough too because any organization can be deemed antifa by the feds. The “wall of moms” Portland group would be considered antifa if they were at a protest that had anarchist agitators in it.

And even the most absurdly dimwitted MAGAtard understands that the FCC threatening comedians they don't even watch is blatant Government censorship. They understand that Sinclair Broadcasting owning EVERYTHING is billionaire media. And somewhere deep down they're hardwired to hate this, too. Sure but dont despair too much. Like I said the progression of this is very predictable and predictability is a weakness when you're trying to install fascism.
