I see it as increasing one's torment/bondage unnecessarily...I don't want to have to wear a hazmat suit in the near future.
I think we can agree that the mask rule is a government mandate. If it's an exclusive rule to a particular establishment, then I can agree that the establishment should not be forced to serve the individual...but i'm sure certain exceptions will and do arise depending on some kind of morality that would have to be further unpacked.
well a large part of protest/social change will be based on numbers...civil disobedience starts with the people itself. There is power in numbers as shown with the BLM protests who were able to basically loot and break the law without reasonable/equitable repercussion.
I don’t know the location of the video. Here in GA businesses (except restaurants and a few others like doctors) decide whether masks are required in their establishment. Grocery stores, like in the video, can choose to require masks or not.
His best protest would be to insist on entering a government without a mask. Also, inviting low level retail workers into the parking lot fight with him and his sons doesn’t seem like a great way to protest.
