It's a weird situation. When it's close to the age of consent you have to ask how bad is it really?

Here it would be illegal to sext a 15 year old but if it was her birthday the next day hours later you can suddenly bang them. Sexting them at 16 and 17 though is still illegal. Also filming yourself having sex with someone under 18 is illegal (so the law is like you can do it but don't put it on film). Ok...?

If you can't legally sign a contract you can't legally consent to filming a porno.

You're preaching to the choir here. To think, these women were in a position to blackmail a man with classified information in his inbox, and direct access to Hillary Clinton. Scary stuff.

Oh, and I will say the same about the Kushner private server too, if it's unsecured and has any variant of classified info on it.

Seems like intentional sabotage for anyone to use a private server after the scary precedent. What the hell is he thinking.

And, from what I've read, I believe that he knew she was 15. That does make it worse.

Rehab and community service, lots of community service. Maybe other penalties, no cell phone for 5 years... Basically anything except jail. It's the worst solution we have. It's 2017 and the best we can come up with is an adult version of "go stand in the corner".
