Johnny Walker is ranked 10 and Smith is 8. I don't see a problem with this.

It will be a watershed fight for him. If he wins, he proves his "different levels" statement correct. But wouldn't really elevate him... I he loses, Walker will use his name as a stepping stone and Smith will have some super shitty tough fights on the horizon. That loss to Glover was very bad for him. The longer it goes since the fight, somehow the worse it seems. The Rakic loss not great for him either. He needs to win a fight against someone who doesn't have a completely shot knee, chin or heart. The wins over Shad, Rua and Gus seem a very long way off now
