Media Anthony Smith Refuses Handshake with Johnny Walker

Smith is just salty at this point in his career, he feels like he deserves to have been a champ or ex-champ by now and is annoyed he has to keep fighting these younger guys and gatekeeping the division. Here's some advice for Anthony Smith if he's reading this: if you're in a fight with Jon Jones and you are illegally knee'd in the head, and have the ability to win the title by taking a DQ, you take the DQ and the belt.

Yeah you would've gotten shit on for a while like Aljo was, but it worked out in the end for Aljo because he went on to win fights and keep the belt and redeemed himself, made a lot of money in the process. Instead of that, now you'll always live with that "what if?" thought in the back of your head. Always be that guy who could've taken the belt from Jones and chose not to out of some misplaced sense of honor or something (when you know, tables turned he would've taken the belt from you 10 times out of 10). Is Honor paying the bills, or is it fighting younger men until father time catches up?
No, dude. No

Still want to see Smith v Crazy Drug Door Knock Guy

When keeping it real goes wrong

This them after the fight at the beach happy and content with the outcome as they look off into the distance.
This picture looks like sunset meaning it would be on the West Coast.

Since this card is in NC.

I have very many fond memories of NC. Mostly the Outer Banks. A little south of Nags Head. Caught the biggest fish of my life there. We always rented the same ocean side house. I always left the blinds on the sliding glass door from my room to the vast Atlantic Ocean open. I had a hot tub right outside my room. Around 5:30am the light would wake me up. I’d grab a cpl beers, and a doobie. I’d stroll out to the end of the boarded walkway in the back (front) of the house. And I’d watch as a new day dawned upon my world.

There was a pod of dolphins that kept coming by. 6 of them. They’d swim to my right (south) about a half mile. Turn around and do the same thing to my left. About a half mile. About 100 yards offshore.

And everyday about 6am a cpl of F-15, F-16? Would blow by south to north about a half mile off shore. Since 9/11 the US Air Force ALWAYS (24/7) had at least two fighter jets going up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

There was zero directly in front of me except the vast Atlantic. The sun would break out of nowhere (flat earth my ass). It was amazing to watch every morning. Then around 7:00am I’d hop on my Harley and head south a cpl miles to this big bay where people would fish from a bridge. I fished from the bridge in the morning. Usually for 3-4 hours. In the late afternoon though I’d go back and fish on the side inside of the bridge off of land instead.

It gets dark surprisingly early there at that time of year. I was just getting ready to call it a day a little after 7pm. I hooked something.. I had no idea what it was. But, I had a quality ocean rod, with pretty sturdy 15 pound test line.

The first time I went there my first stop was the local fishing shop in Nags Head. If you want to know what to catch, and the best way to catch it. Be polite and talk to the people at the local fishing shop. It’s a brotherhood/sisterhood. We share the same passion. And I ALWAYS bought a temp fishing license anywhere I fished in the US.. I do NOT poach).

I was a little worried about my line snapping. Because I had only hooked anything that felt as big as what was on the end of my line once before. I knew I couldn’t just horse it in. I had to finesse that shit. I had to play out whatever the fuck it was. I had something equally big, or bigger snap my line a cpl days before.

The fucking thing kept running on me. Reel reel reel, pull.. bizzzzzz, line running out again. 45 fucking minutes. It was literally getting near dark at this point. In the lakes back home in Canada I never had that happen. And I’ve caught near world class Northern Pike, and Lake Trout. I brought it in slow and easy. It finally broke the surface about 20 feet out. I couldn’t believe what I saw. It was a fucking Ray with a 4 foot wingspan. Never even imagined catching a ray before. I didn’t know you could. I fished lakes, and rivers in Alberta, Canada all my life.

I knew how big it was because I used my running shoe as a reference. My running shoes were 12” long. So there was my scale for measuring length. I did it with any decent sized fish I caught. And even new species I had never caught before. I had a lot of new species fishing in the Atlantic, and Gulf of Mexico in the east. And the Pacific in CA.

It was an amazing fish. I catch, and release 99.9% of the time. I even crimp the barbs on my hooks so the fish can slip the hook if I play it wrong. I sincerely try to cause as little harm to the fish as possible (as it relates to actually catching a fish). I wish it well and hope I catch it again when it’s even bigger.

We went to the OBX for a week every year leading up Memorial Day. Then back to VA, for Rolling Thunder every year.

There’s something about being part of 500,000 motorcyclists riding through Washington, DC with 1,000,000 people watching from the sidewalks of DC that is cool, and insane as shit. It started as a way to draw attention to the POW, and MIA of the US Military (Viet Nam specifically at the time). I rode loud and proud usually wearing a Canadian “Support Our Troops” T-Shirt. I had two different ones. A green one, and a black one. I saw a picture the other day of Rolling Thunder 2015, iirc. But I can’t track it down right now. I’ll find it and post it later, if I remember. But, I think I wore a Harley T-shirt that year.

Enjoy the fights everybody.

Yet Anthony Smith bizarrely wants bad blood with this guy who may have the opportunity to land several unnecessary shots to his unconscious body in a days time.

Smith already seems defeated but the guy is a fighter through and through so he is going to show up and take his beating i guess.
Regrettable endeavors is Smith's M.O.
