He got a title shot off of wins over Shogun and Rashad and there were no options but him for Jones....he was never that good he was sort of like Alexis Davis when she fought Ronda, the champ just needed an opponent to stay active

I have no memory of Alexis Davis fighting for the title, and I watched that fight

Smith said he hadnt reached his peak prior to this fight. Lmao funniest shit ever. One of the most lop sided decisions i ever seen. He got kicked all around the cage lmao. One of the pre fight videos showed smith down playing dudes kicks . <45> only to proceed to be kicked into oblivion.

Jon Jones found the biggest hole in Anthony Smith's game, and other fighters have now exploited it.
Every time he ends up in that turtle position, he gets trapped there.
Glover did it to Anthony, and now Rakic.
His next opponent will use the same offense tactics and Smith is going to be trapped in that exact same position again.
