What happens if a contact comes out during a fight? Should they give him time to recover?

I think he’s been going in partially blind and might be able to win the belt if he gets laser eye surgery or some contact lenses.

Just goes to show how skilled the guy is to get this far without his glasses.

I was thinking this on my way back from campus today.

What if I, in another life, was an MMA fighter with my body and everything intact...how would I go about preparing for injuries near the eye or excessive sweat/blood

I believe it was Thibault Gouti against Nasrat Haqparast. And if I recall correctly the referee didn't stop the action, though it was so close to the end of the round it really didn't matter.

TS is right actually. I lost my glasses in the ocean before I watched UFC 202. Everything is blurry and you cant see it come well. You have to be a damn good fighter to compensate
