I was wondering if it'd some kidney/liver issue and if it had anything to do with some of those drastic weight cuts in the past. Hate to bring it up but he has made some questionable comments about PEDs before and we remember how big he got. Could be some bad effects.

My best guess is a liver issue. This looks like something used for a paracentesis (draining the abdomen, not the stomach as he mentioned), I've seen this done for liver failure patients who collect fluid in the abdomen. Judging by how sickly skinny he looks I wouldn't be surprised he's having severe liver issues.

Weight cutting would more likely cause kidney issues. Who knows what kind of junk he was on for years and what kind of lifestyle he lived. I know oral anabolics are toxic on the liver, not accusing but just saying.

The Siemen unit looks like an MRI unit. MRI's are given for internal organ issues (heart, etc), brain issues, and bone issues usually.
