Anthony Johnson Vs Wanderlei Silva

You don't know what you're talking about. Apologize and move on.

Rumble finishes a way out of prime Lil Nog that is falling apart physically and suddenly he unquestionably beats one of the greatest fighters of all time in prime Wand? Put down the bottle son.

The best wins of Lil' Nog's career have come in the last few years.

First time in 7 years he's been stopped. But CLEARLY, Johnson's performance is meaningless.

People on this site are hilarious, whenever someone gets a few wins they're invinceable and then they lose and everyone says they were overrated or makes a dozen different excuses as to why they didn't win.

Vitor who is a very questionable fighter absolutely pantsed Rumble, wand despite not being very good at any stage of his career would dispose of rumble.

I'm amazed that people keep bringing this fight up as an example of how Rumble still is as a fighter today. Can't you see how much he has changed? He has improved by leaps and bounds and he is not draining the life out of himself anymore. Completely different animal.

I'm sure the delusional pride fans will use terms like hype train but Anthony would absolutely smash Wanderlei

LOL, do you just hate post-fight analysis of any kind?

It amazes me how so many people can make these kind of statements and yet don't even spend the time to do the research. Different weight class and different fighter. Rumble is a montser today at 205. The cut that he had to go through to face Vitor diminished him.

Exactly!

A lot of nostalgic fans have trouble accepting this, but the sport has unquestionably been evolving and the level of talent is on the rise. Wand hasn't been the man for 7+ years at this point. It's debatable whether he was even the best for most of his reign in Pride. He had to drop a weight class in the UFC because he's not a naturally large LHW. Obviously Rumble doesn't have Wand's legacy, but he's bad news for any version of Wanderlei. All the top guys today are.

Do you honestly believe the Lil Nog of today is the best Lil Nog we have ever seen? Man you're delusional

Mark Hunt disagrees, Prime Wand would smash any Rumble at any Rumble weight.
So where do you see prime Wand fitting in in today's LHW division? I can't tell if you guys are just delusional about Wanderlei or haven't quite realized how good Rumble is.

Please don't act like this hype train has been going for two years and didn't start with his win over Davis..

Well, I don't know about you, but I watch MMA outside of the UFC. So please don't act like you know which "hype train" I'm riding.

What are you talking about? I'm clearly aware Wand isn't on top and is past his prime, I'm replying to the guy that said Rumble would beat any version of Wand, Rumble is on a tear, but damn people on are his nuts lately.
