Anthony Johnson cut from 210lbs to 170 lbs

He is a bit undersized at LHW compared to the bigger guys in the division, but he doesn't seem to be at a strength disadvantage to anyone yet, not even Arlovski and huge LHW Mike Kyle.

Surprised he was only 210.
Isn't Jones like 220? lol He's going to starch this welterweight

Damn, that's a huge cut. No wonder his cardio was so bad.

That being said, he cut from 210 down to 170, but is he still 210 now? Maybe he gained some weight now that he's at LHW. IIRC he was 230 and preatty lean vs Arlovski.

So that's "only" a 25 lbs cut compared to his earlier 40 lbs cut.

Rumble is huge

Hes gotten a lot bigger since then. I bet hes walking around at at least 230 now.

Why are people obsessed with walking weight?

Give me stats on fight night weight, that's the weight you should worry about.

He was 230 for the Arlovski fight and doesn't seem to have lost any weight since then.

And here;s how irrelevant "walking weight" is:

Munoz "walking weight" of 252lbs:

He weighed in like 230 vs Arlovski ripped as fuck.

Dude had a huge strength advantage over Phil Davis and that was clear as day.

AJ will be fine at LHW. He's one of the biggest LHWs.

I doubt he's the same as he was in WW, considering the guy likes to be at a size advantage

He looked just as big, if not bigger than Davis when they fought.

Pretty sure he put on some more size since fighting at 170

Rumble is a massive lhw. He's 6'2" (same height as Carwin) and jacked.
