Why is Carney stealing Pierre’s campaign promises and doing a 180 on his own? Everything Pierre points out that the liberals have caused, Carney is moving the right direction on.
- carbon tax
- bail reform and violent crime
- pipelines
- immigration
- cutting public services

The only things Carney brings to the table are silencing free speech and gun grab. Both hugely unpopular.

Maybe because conservatives are focusing on Canada and making this better here regardless of what Trump does. You know, prepare us for dark days like today by diversifying our trade. Trudeau turned away foreign investment at the start of the Ukraine war because “there is no business case”. That was bullshit and the states are eating our lunch because of that. The deeper you look into that the more it becomes apparent that the liberals lack of development of our resource exporting infrastructure (ports, pipelines etc) completely fucked us for today’s situation in the name of “climate change”.

Conservatives has record number of votes in the last election.. The only reason they didnt win is the NDP and Block hemorrhaged votes to the Liberals.

Next election I would guess that the NDP and Bloc regain a good portion of their voter base and there will be another Liberal minority. Liberals will win because the conservative cannot break the Toronto stronghold.

They accepted the deals being offered by liberals that other cpc and NDP members exposed and refused. What do you think you got in those floor crossers? Truthful politicians? Both were voted in as CPC by their constituents and were vocal critics of Carney and the Liberals. Were they liars? Why lure liars? Can’t win a majority is why. Carney is lucky the NDP collapsed. He won’t be that lucky in an election anytime soon.

I don’t follow polls or approval ratings. I think for myself. You should try it.

If polls showed liberals with a projected majority they would call a snap election or opposition parties vote in non confidence vote if the polls showed them winning.

If your interests are just your own selfish needs then I guess they’re voting in their best interests.

Every time I spend money on my children one could say I’m going against my own interests because I could have just spent in on hookers or whatever… but since I live for more than just myself by investing in my children I am investing in my own interests.

Most of these dumb stubborn boomers have children and grandchildren.
