Another boring Champ….yay.

You could make an argument that the sport has evolved to the point that a dominant style has been perfected that works but is box office poison.
Perhaps higher end gear as well

crazy how many sook retards in here snivelling into their beer cos the opponent out MMA'd their limited skill set hero.

Up until yesterdays fight , one could have assumed we were watching kickboxing.... You cangrapple too? who would have thunk
Ok there buffoon…Ank showed such high level grappling that most feel asleep watching him paint such a “masterpiece” of his usual uneventful decision.

Take a hike you clown.

If Ankalaev was boring then Pereira might as well have been a flaccid corpse out there.
Had all the time in the world to exchange but got outstruck and wobbled, opting eventually to backpedal and cower in fear.

I love Alex but you lot need to get over it. Ankalaev was the better fighter, and better striker, actually.
It's outright silly to say he fought a boring fight when he was bringing it to Alex the entire night.

Ankalaev Bless, baby.

High enough level to not let Poatan instigate his game...
Alex finally found out that there was more to MMA than kickboxing,he was lucky that bell rang or it would have been Goodnight Irene.
Suck it up princess
<GrassoBless>

Yeah he's boring as sin to be honest but he fought a perfect fight really.

Crazy how many are celebrating the end of an exciting era.
What's really crazy is how completely differently shertards are evaluating Ankalaev and Poatan than they would be if the judges had decided differently in what was essentially a 50/50 fight.

The fact is that Poatan and Ankalaev were both rather disappointing, showing no killer instinct, poor fight IQ, and distinctly sub-championship level skillsets, but one of them had to win and the roll of the dice gave the win to Ankalaev. There was no robbery, there was no clear victory, there was certainly no dominance or reason to raise anyone's evaluation of either fighter, just a mediocre fight that in the end came down to two rounds clearly for each fighter and a toss-up in round 3.

Ankalaev won, which means he gets to defend the title next, but anyone claiming that their choice of Ankalaev or Poatan earned or deserved anything beyond that for their performances at UFC 313 needs to start watching some other sport more their speed, like shuffleboard.

Lol guy tried to fight your hero stand up your hero chickened out after getting rocked in 2nd round where he was saved by the bell and after that he was backing all the time when there was a treat for exchange that could reach him
