^feels like quite a while since we got one....completely UN-hyped this fight for me...

You're more supporting the industry in the country you're in rather than the Japanese market. The best way to support the industry is to buy and ship from Japan. Still a waste of money, though.

doesnt matter. then i support the industrie and the manga publishers in my country.

i can see why people reading it online, downloading games ( which i do ) and downloading music ( which i also do ) , but there must be people who actually buy the stuff.

having a manga in your hands , is just better then reading it online.

and its not like my manga collection is any big, and i still read 99% of mangas online. i got like 50 volumes , mostly Bakuman,Berserk,Death Note,some One Piece, some Blade of Immortal and the rest randoms.
 
I has 300+ at one point, but I sold almost everything on ebay, I still have my Gantz volumes and some other stuff. Kinda regret selling my GTO collection but I'm just not very materialistic, I'd buy as much as I can if they made kindle versions of at least the more popular manga, actually I think the Japanese are pretty late when it comes to develop online manga.

Anybody here read Kekkaishi? I'm about 60 chapters in but I'm not sure if it's worth it to continue reading. There's been a bunch of filler chapters and it's been getting repetitive. So I'm wondering if the series steps it up or if it's basically the same the whole way through.
 
The only manga volumes I own are 1-3 Suikoden 3, 1-5 Naruto, 1-7 Saiyuki, 1 Berserk.

I recently started Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer. Great stuff.
Also just read the latest New Waves, another great chapter and was worth the delay.

The first two are two of the best anime movies I have seen in many years.

I don't doubt they are great

speaking of which we should all name are favorite Anime movies of the last 10 years, my pick is Sword of the Stranger

4. Princess Monenoke
5. Ninja Scroll
6. Berserk: Golden Age
7. Ghost in the Shell

Kotoura-san is total shit, though. The only good thing about it is the male MC has balls. The story is stupid, and there is unnecessary plot devices to keep beating the same point in. Also, the change between serious drama to ecchi comedy isn't very well done.
