Animal Flex - burps

Anyone else do some mad smelling/tasting burps after taking their daily dose of animal flex. I think it's the dark coloured tab, which I guess is something fishy, that one gets burped up for a while and is pretty rank lol. Perhaps I should try to take them earlier in the day...

I haven't had this problem -- as far as I know/hope. I take the packet with a meal, so maybe that helps.

Dyou take them all when you've finished? Or spread them during the meal. Cos I tend to jus do all the tabs in one go, usually bout 30 mins after I've eaten but to b honest it's whenever I remember. perhaps taking em mor ecarefully with food will help...

A few minutes after I have started eating a meal (lunch usually), I take the whole packet at once (half and then the other half consecutively) and then finish the meal. Try taking it during the meal, see if that helps.

Appreciated, thanks for the tip ill try it out. (yea I think another reason is becuase I tend to take them at lik e10pm or something, a couple / few hours before bed most of the time.)
