Dog walking is beating someone so into such submission that you then grab them by the back of collar or hair and force them to walk on their hands and knees around wherever you force them to. Of course if they refuse, continuous thrashing continues until they submit to the humiliating treatment.

I heard about it in jail. The guy would get beat so bad the other guy would dog walk him up and down the tier in front of everyone's cells. Like I said, it's in that world of taking the guys shoes off after he's KO'd and/or peeing on his face while he's KO'd. That part of society.
