Imo, Anderson was enjoying himself immensely and felt how he used to feel as the dominant champion of his division.

Cocky as hell, hands down, taunting his opponent, casually counter-striking his opponent was his bread-and-butter.

Round 5 Silva wasn't gassed nor desperate. He was too relaxed and didn't seem to give a shit about the fight clock or the fact that it was now or never...

Not sure he wasn't gassed, but he f-ed around WAY too much in this fight, for sure.

He was probably somewhat gassed, but the level of fucking around reached new heights in round 5...

Maybe he thought he was well ahead on the scorecards... I duno.

All night he was hunting that weird overhand or the back elbow. It's like when i would take it easy on my little brother at video games because all i'm doing is trying to set up my big finishing combo. But i fuck it up and my little bro beats me.

He should have done less playing and more eating.

Anderson in that fight reminded me exactly of when I was playing the old UFC game & the "bumper" on my controller broke & I could only throw special attacks.

Definitely frustrating seeing him seemingly without urgency in the second half of round 5. I felt if he had expended a burst of energy after the front kick to the face, he could have finished Bisping. Nerve-racking and frustrating fight at the same time.

I honestly think he was out there to have fun and gave no shits about winning or not, just having fun. And as a fan I enjoyed that fight inmensly, as a betting man I wanted to knee silva in the head but you cant have it both ways lol

I think he was already playing with his food since round 4, it just got worse in round 5.

And knowing a 10 - 8 round was enough to assure he wouldnt lose too it was hard to watch him play around

Wow unbelievble how ignorant people are
Anderson was playing too much because he couldnt handle the pace
And its like everyone is blind no one sees he is suffering of what i call Soft Body Syndrome
SBS can be noticed easely by looking at the back of the fighter

It seemed like he could end the fight at any time. But didn't.

Agreed.

See, this is why I wouldn't bet on Silva. The man has talent, sure, but he's painfully unpredictable and not the most reliable of fighters... I think it's his personality.

*shrugs* "Is Normal" sums it up.

Congrats Double Yellow card. You are seeing something we are not.

Like this you mean?

The guy just does not comprehend that he's not going to win with the gay ass point system even if he wins.

He looked good after the 2nd round and in the 5th he was the fresher fighter toying around way to much. Anderson could of finished him more than 2 time in the fight not including when he actually did at the end of the 5th

He seemed Gassed half way through the 5th

Cage A Dope training 2 months ago, including lt front kick to face 1:13, back hammers, Elbow wing blocks....some similarities in what we saw that fight

adrenaline dump after thinking he got the KO probably. You could see em trying to set up a highlight reel finish in the 5th just couldnt find it. First sign of an old fighter, when he can see the target but cant pull the trigger. Whatta great fight tho both should retire, neither one's getting the title off these wrestlefuckers at MW
