Anderson/Bisping and Pickett/Rivera were NOT bad decisions.

Don't feel bad for Anderson. He gave the points away and consequently the fight. With Bisping easily taking the first two rounds I don't know how anyone can call that fight a robbery. Andersons best strike was very cheap considering his opponent as distracted trying to get the ref to give him his damn mouth piece back. Anderson refused to pull the trigger over 5 rounds. It's his own fault.

As for Brad Pickett, he lost the first round. The second round was close, and he took the third round by controlling the fight and getting a great take down. Again, I don't know how anyone can call that a robbery. I am all for calling out the judges when they are dumb but I see nothing to be upset about here. The right guys won. Maybe if you had money on the losers here then your bias is clouding your view of what really happened.

I agree. I thought Bisping won rounds 1, 2 and 4 on volume and Pickett edged it out in rounds 2 and 3 because of the wrestling.

Bisping won under the round winner gets one point scoring system currently in use, but he was outperformed and beat up by a better fighter over the course of the fight. Pickett lost. And for good measure, Pickett lost against Neil Seery too.

I agree that Bisping could have lost under a different scoring system. Although you would have to factor in a knee that I still say was dirty and should never have happened. I disagree that Bisping was out performed. Bisping was always busy landing strikes while Anderson failed to pull the trigger for the vast majority of the fight.

Pickett would have lost a striking match but he did win the fight and deservedly so.

1. Against both Pickett and Rivera he did absolutely nothing with his takedowns. His wrestling should factor in very little in considering the scores of those fights.
2. There was nothing dirty about that knee. Bisping doesn't get to call timeout.

We all know that take downs and control score points. In round 3 they determined that round and not any strikes from Rivera.

The knee very well could have been legal. I think it was poor sportsmanship on Andersons part to take advantage though.
