Conor makes fans say stupid shit. If you like him you start talking about how he's going to KO Robbie Lawler. If you hate him, you act like he hasn't beaten anyone of note and find ways to disparage some of his obviously good wins.

For sure the continued success of guys like Poirier and Holloway enhances McGregor's resume to some extent. Holloway is growing as a fighter, so it's worth pointing out that McGregor beat him early on, but even then he was no slouch. Holloway was a good win for McGregor. Same goes for Poirier, who was 8-1 as lightweight and 8-2 as a feather weight when he fought McGregor and is 4-0 as a lightweight since then. Poirier is a good win at FW or LW. Anyone saying anything less is a fool.
