Amount of fighters all-time in UFC?

Does anyone happen to know exactly how many fighters have had at least one fight in the UFC over the course of history? I tweeted the question to Kevin Iole and he didn't know. I wondered if any hardcore fans here know?

I'd guess at least 1500. Probably more.

Way more than 1000. Think about the early UFC events. They had only a few repeats. I bet you could name a few hundred by yourself. In 300 or so events, think about all the undercard guys who maybe only fought once

I actually keep track of all fighters signed to the UFC because I'm a loser lmao. It isn't numbered but it's probably in the 1800-2000 range
