The issue is the lack of weight classes. I get why the UFC doesn't want to create a bunch because we see in boxing a lot of the belts become meaningless. Impossible to just have everyone move up with people cutting down and all that. Thems the breaks. Lemos should move up tho. She had a good run for the type of fighter she is so move up and have fun fights. Can't blame Lemos, I think she beat better skilled fighters by just being powerful and bigger.

If there were more weight classes they would just cut MORE to get a smidge lower.

Yeah the argument of 165 always seemed dumb. Sure the LW WW betweeners would have a division but the big WWs that couldn't cut all the weight down the LW would just make a huge cut to make it to 165. The only real way to eliminate it is do what One is doing but not be corrupt.
