Let me get this straight, you think gutfeld is a good comedian?
According to the leftist POV, all conservatives are by default...
*Racist
*Sexist
*Homophobic
*Transphobic
*Bigoted
*Anti-Democratic
*Islamophobic
*Anti-Semitic (When Convenient)
*Fascist
...and I'm sure I'm leaving a few out.
Nah, just you.
How many do you get a year? Standard is 10 here, some companies offer up to 15. Still would take 9 years to accumulate that amount of sick leave. Anyway at least you're covered for a few months if you get seriously ill.
I worked with a woman years ago who would use a sick day everytime she accrued 8hrs.
Hmm where do you draw the line on abuse? I don't get sick much so when I'm leaving my company and I have a few weeks of sick leave accrued, it doesn't get paid out like my other accruals so I'll 'get sick' in the last couple weeks and use it as paid time off.
It's part of your salary, if you're going to lose it why not use it? You're leaving money on the table. JMO tho
Dunno how to edit in a quote but anyway I met my first irl incel last night it actually blew my mind a bit. Dude spent like 90mins telling me about hoeflation, how Weinstein did nothing wrong because the women had a choice, how there was nothing wrong with Tate fucking 16yos, Western women are all fucked he's going to get an Asian gf because they're submissive, not entitled/demanding, women wont touch you if youre not 6'3 etc.
Dudes 34, I challenged him on a few topics but all I could think while he went on and on complaining about how he couldn't get a gf was....yeh dude have you listened to yourself talking no woman's going near that.
He's in shape, makes good money, normal looking bloke, but holy shit as soon as he opens his mouth every woman would run.
Yeah they say N and F a lotWalsh must not play online games. Racism is still going strong sadly.

YupIt's crazy, there grown men acting like that too and the racism is towards all races too.

I did the same thing. I was careful about it though. I didn't want it to be obvious. Then a boss told me around 20% of my sick days were on Fridays. I couldn't help myself and laughed in his face.
We ALL know a person who milks the system in that way precisely because you can't prove they are sick and they are ALWAYS the one dragging the rest of the team back.
Also, while I find it obvious, you seem to think that it's absolutely impossible to tell that the person who always comes down with a flu every few weeks or displays some other ambiguous string of symptoms, is an absolute impossibility. The fact that your telling me that it's such a small scam is curious. What is it? An unknowable variable or something that is objectively small in scale?
That meme is utter leftist nonsense that drives factional divide and therefore conflict. If you actually cared about the working class, you would be defending the productive ones instead of reflexively defending the lazy fucks who will never make it off that table to begin with.
Me as well. 80s/90s kids were taught that everyone was equal. Now, not seeing race as the most important factor of a person is denying their journey and lived experience or some shit like that. For progressives, black women are the top of the food chain and not only are cis white males the bottom, they feel the need to point that out and talk about inherent privilege and oppression that exists simply for being a cis white male. They don’t want you even in the room with them.
Don't say gay was Bill Clinton policy lol.Nah.
Color blindness is a racist tool now. Laws and policies are crafted without mentioning color even though they clearly disadvantage minorities, and anyone pointing this out is criticized for "making it about color". Lee Atwater said this out loud back in the eighties, and it's been the plan to this day.
"Don't say gay" was a perfect example of this. We said this was only ever going to be used against gay or trans people and we were one hundred percent right. The Republican rebuttal was always "where does it say gay" but no CIS or hetero person was ever going to be targeted by it.

So you're saying everything we think and do we should think about the color of a persons skin ? what a wonderful concept. dumbass
Who are you asking?Let me get this straight, you think gutfeld is a good comedian?
So what's your insertion here, that no one cares about racism when the laws are enforced? No, not everything, but pretending it isn't ever happening is your answer?
And do you really not know the difference between "don't say gay" and "don't ask, don't tell"?
between your cryptic comments and vague statements you appear to be auditioning for a part as a 3rd rate wizard in a low budget fantasy movie, i shall pay you the appropriate amount of attention from now on.Who are you asking?
