Meinfield beat an extremely game Jacoby and looked improved in the Crute rematch. I wasn't high on him but those wins were impressive and showed he can force a dog fight if needed against a good striker where as before he'd just watch you menacingly but not do much.

Ulberg's the guy with the massive left hook right? If that's who I'm thinking of I think this fights a coin flip. His left hook and jab should be the most accurate weapon of both these men but Meinfield has shown the improvements to not allow those weapons to dictate this fight.

I'm 50/50 on this fight but I like Meinfields experience and willingness to shoot takedowns against Ulberg's more technical left sided attacks. I do think both men will get cracked with a ton of power flying both ways in between clinch and grappling but I got Meinfield winning the war.

Oof, getting grim looking for Reyes career. Struggles to even get in the cage anymore, and when he does he's losing badly. Turn 35 in december. Might just be time to call it a day.

Much harder fight for Ulberg and a far more dangerous opponent to boot. Reyes was a lay-up being served to him on a silver platter, prime for addition to his highlight reel. Alonzo is crazy athletic/explosive with legitimate knockout power and also occasionally mixes in a wrestling threat. Most people thought Jacoby would beat him fairly comfortably... myself included. But he proved everybody wrong and has over-performed on this recent streak of his, having seemed to turn a bit of a corner lately.

That said, I think Ulberg has the goods to win this via UD or late TKO thanks to his counter-striking and what little we've seen of his defensive wrestling by making Alonzo pay for his aggression and occasional sloppiness over 15 minutes... but a derailment wouldn't surprise me.

Wonder what happened - originally it was Ulberg who was injured and couldn't fight

Hopefully Menifield KOs this fool.
Ulber throws nothing but jabs, it sickening

Good replacement fight, probably a harder test for Ulberg. Should be suitably violent while it lasts.
Yes, this is a much better fight and stiffer test for certain. Will also make the majority of us that chose him in @Siver!'s ranked at the end of the year thread start sweating

People always underestimate Menningfield.

I thought Menifield was a glass cannon after getting slept by the corpse of OSP. But the dude has been impressive on this run he's on. Ulberg is a beast as well. I think Menifield can get the W here.

Jiri destroyed his life.

Never liked him but part of me might feel bad at this point.
