Allistair Overeem will win the title, yes or no?

Do you think if Allistair gets the winner of Werdum/Stipe (which he should 100%) will he win that fight to become the new UFC HW Champ of the world?

I say yes. I like both Werdum & Stipe a lot (Stipe more and I think he will get it done this Saturday) I believe Allistair has really put everything together in the octagon and I believe the Overeem era might finally be upon us. I have no doubt he could beat both Stipe and Werdum.

What do you think will go down?

He could, but a few things to keep in mind.

Stipe Vs Werdum could still end up having an immediate rematch (I know this is unlikely, but you never know with UFC)

Alistair's victories are based on 1 punch ko's. If Stipe or Werdum happen to land that same 1 punch, then everything is over, you can't count on heavyweights the way you can other fighters.

I think he certainly could beat both of them, but that doesn't mean he will, I thought JDS would beat Overeem, and we all saw how that went.

I think Overeem will be champion by next year, because I think if Werdum is on the brink of retirement, and I have a feeling Cain is done. That leaves us with Stipe and Reem for the belt, and given how well Reem has been fighting, I could see him earning the title.

if he's fighting werdum, yes

not sure if it's stipe, I don't think that Stipe is the best fighter in the division, not at all, but I think stylistically he would cause Overeem a lot of problems, but then I thought the same for JDS and Reem handled that exceptionally well

I don't see Miocic beating Werdum so with that being said, Werdum basically walked through Cain who at this point is far more durable than Reem. So in my opinion, Werdum beats Overeem inside of 3 rounds.

I think this is an easy fight for Werdum.

I got either Stipe or Werdum over Reem, personally. But Reem could conceivably win a decision over either of these two. Conceivably, but I think he'd be unconscious by the end of either fight.

i think hes got a good shot - the last two fights make him look like a champ - overeem has won a lot of fights in the ufc and has seemed to improve, minus some hiccups - i think he has a great shot to win

Werdum could beat him grappling but he isn't going to take Reem down. Reem has elite TD defense and is a very good grappler as well. I think Reem can beat Werdum or Miocic.
