Rumble is the hardest hitter.

Glover might be top 3. Lidell, Rampage, Dan and Vitor are also in the top 10. Not sure about Wanderlei but maybe. Shogun is probably just outside the top 10.
Manhoef is top 10 but no I thinK Rumble has more pure power. manhoef has also a lot of handspeed so you don#t see the punches coming but I think Rumble and maybe even Glvoer have more raw power
