Big John and Marc Goddard are the best ones imo. Big John should be more careful when being the referee for fights of the lower weight classes, though. Sometimes he hurts those guys when stopping the fights (him throwing Cody like yesterday's garbage comes to mind or him kneeing Aldo in the face).

I think all the main guys do pretty good. Maz and Winslow stand out as being exceptionally awful. Herb Dean though is just too goddamn inconsistent with his stoppages

Dan is better than people think. He gets a ton of shit on here because when he does fuck up, it's bizarre, and nobody can figure out what's going on in his head.

Goddard & BJM are at the top. Beltran, Herb, and a few others are really top notch too. Some of the refs on the cards outside of Vegas, Cali, and NJ are sketchy as hell though.
