Grappler vs. striker = striker gets laid on. But with two grapplers I think there'll be a lot of good scrambles.

UFC loves fights like this though because it's the only way to guarentee that they can get one of them out of the title picture.

Shouldn't have let Jan kick his legs to bits for 3 rounds or thrown an illegal knee on Walker

Ankalaev's fight IQ is so low he only started grappling once the leg kicks had him unable to stand up reliably. Imagine if he'd grappled with fresh legs instead

Evloev can go either way, wait for a championship bout, or get another contender fight. I'm leaning on #2. Evloev's striking is looking better, I think he can outstrike Aljo, just gut feeling, he will hammer Aljo.

He can't wait for a title shot. He's gotta get another major fight, be it Aljo or Ortega, realistically. I agree with him beating Aljo though, I think he will be little stronger in the clinch, throw at a higher clip and I just feel his pressure will leave Aljo a bit uncomfortable. I think it'll be close though, Allen and Lopes nearly beat Evloev.

I don't think Evloev is getting a titleshot without winning one more. You have Volk deserving a rematch and Max with all the momentum in the world.

This would be a good fight. I think Evloev beats Sterling.

Evloev isn’t next for the title. Holloway is definitely the match to make for topuria.

What I’m saying is Sterling can skip past several dangerous featherweights with a win over evloev right now.

Or they could just put evloev against Volk, and we’d likely see Volk crush him. I’m curious to see the matchmaking strategy

I could actually see Evloev winning by tko/ko if the wrestling cancels out. The knee caught Ige with finishes most FWs & he hurt Allen pretty bad with a beautifully timed jab I believe.

Lol Evloev has 3 KO's.. he ain't KOing Aljo.

Bisping was saying on his podcast that Aljo “didn’t even try” to fight Kattar. Ping was stating that Aljo had Kattars back with an underhook on one arm leaving Kattars face clearly open to shots and Aljo barely even threw any which is seriously pitiful
