Meh
I had many criticisms of Prometheus, but prominence or absence of xenomorphs or xenomorph-like creatures was pretty much irrelevant to me.
It's a good video, stop being a stubborn assholeActually that makes more sense that the crew would be less than top quality, who is going to agree to such a suicide mission? People who have shady pasts, maybe desperate people or jobless people who are still knowledgeable in that field.
Remember that Guy Pearce basically set them all up with David, he probably wanted the crew to be a bunch of rag tag idiots because they were probably better off dead to him, he only needed/wanted David to survive.
As for the video you posted, I see videos like this all the time for every single action film. I don't enjoy watching videos like that, like I said you can break down any action movie like that.
I've never cared for critics and Youtubers opinions on movies as I disagree with them most of the time anyways. The only time I somewhat agree with critics is with serious drama films, but any action, sci-fi type of film I think everyone views them differently and is looking for different things.
1:57 for the reveal that they're on Engineer homeworld
that ending CGI holy shit man
thattrailer gave away entire fucking movie btw. Kinda mad I watched it.
Mcbride and Waterson for sure are the two that last the longest in it
So they go to a planet, stumble over some alien eggs, get attacked, most die but some get back to the ship but turns out they're infected, one person survives and fucks off back home.....possibly carrying the alien spores with them? Does that about cover it? I fucking hope not.
From the trailer that looks like the case, which means it is nothing but a regurgitation of older Alien movies from the 80s. Same thing, different actors .So they go to a planet, stumble over some alien eggs, get attacked, most die but some get back to the ship but turns out they're infected, one person survives and fucks off back home.....possibly carrying the alien spores with them? Does that about cover it? I fucking hope not.
Can someone explain the prequel? I am still like WTF?
My understanding was that, some old rich fuck wanted the key to immortality. Instead, they stumble upon a Alien or the being that tries to end humans.
Also, how the fuck is that Cyborg guy back?
Old super ultra rich guy wants immortality so he hires a bunch of amateurish Archaeologists and other scientists to lead this most crucial of missions to a distant planet that supposedly is the home-world of the Aliens who seeded life on earth.
So the crew arrive on the planet and go investigate an artificial complex . 2 scientists get lost and get infected by a Black goo substance , which was engineered by the Aliens . The substance itself is not alive, rather it alters the DNA of any lifeform it comes into contact with , altering said lifeform.
Android created by super rich guy deliberately infects 1 of the archaeologists . Said archaeologist has sex with the other archaeologist and she becomes pregnant with alien creature. All the crew get infected, killed by the infected people or die when their ship crashes owing to a suicide mission to destroy an escaping Alien who wants to head to earth to wipe out humans.
Lone female archaeologist is only 1 left standing and she somehow pilots a space alien spacecraft with the help of the Android.
It's a good video, stop being a stubborn asshole
Uh no, its a good analysis of the end of the movieSo I'm an asshole because I don't care about some random youtubers opinions? You're probably the type that has to check rotten tomato scores just to verify if you actually liked a movie, learn to think for yourself sheeple.
