Just the fact that alzado was even hitting him tells you how much age, loss of enthusiasm, skill, endurance does to a great fighter. Alzado was a golden glove champ but that means nothing at the top level of pro boxing. from what i've read, alzado was bi and the brain cancer he had was one of the oppurtunistic illnesses that effect aids patients, i don't know if that's true but there isn't any proof that steroids cause brain cancer either. usually, roids cause heart and liver problems don't they?
