they want kamaru to get paid. hes not boxer. his stand up isn't bad. but its definitely helped significantly by his wrestling threat. he will not win in a boxing match and given hes really durable and still in a good spot in his career he likely takes a shit ton of damage attempting this and isn't the same after. cross overs in combat sports is dumb. you take a karate guy and throw him on the mats with a bjj guy. he will get tapped right away. its what we expected and nothing exciting. its the same for all this other shit. its like paying to see black belts beat up white belts. stick to your own sport .

Usman is on track to be the GOAT in MMA as well, he’s not top 5 but well on his way. It’s a legendary crossover fight between two of the current best representatives (both p4p #1) of each sport.

I think Usman might be one of the greatest WWs of all time and I like him, and even kind of hope he gets the boxing match to make some money. But I have 0 interests in watching wrestlers trying to box the best boxers. Might be interesting if we got Ngannou vs Canelo or something, but there has to be so much in favor of the MMA fighter to even stand a chance.

Nah Usman only needs 2 rounds to beat Canelo.

In the first round, Usman will establish the jab and utilize his long reach. Canelo will have a hard time reaching Usman, and any hits he lands won't affect the bigger and stronger fighter in Usman.

In the second round he will stun Canelo with a jab and then KO Canelo stiff with a haymaker type swing. He will then be considered the P4P MMA fighter and P4P boxer.

Finally Usman will wake up from this beautiful dream in the hospital bed after a 3 day coma, given to him by Canelo.
