Media Alexandre Pantoja dislocated elbow GIFS

To me looks like he might have dislocated both his elbow and shoulder, breaking to me means bones breaking, he dislocated shoulder and elbow, return might not be that bad, but, they probably do Taira vs Van first, unless they are set on the rematch soon then Taira gets the next shot.

I actually dislocated my shoulder in a similar manner flying off of a skateboard while I was drunk and high at 17. Posted my arm in the same manner with my bodyweight falling on top of it, twisting it out of its socket. I had to pop it back in myself, definitely a traumatic injury.
I’m three weeks out from badly dislocating my shoulder working construction…. I thought I knew what pain was. But that day I learnt what REAL pain is.

Dana just said in the press conference it was the shoulder that popped out and then got popped back in.

I did that racing mx. SUPER painful. Makes a broken bone seem like a paper cut. Not horrible recovery wise. Hell prob lose some range of motion tho

So do doctors not know the difference between a shoulder and an elbow or what am I missing when it comes to this "diagnosis"?
I'm guessing they meant it's both the elbow and shoulder that were injured. Otherwise, yeah, it's confusing.

Imagine winning a title off a freak injury. People clown Weidman for celebrating after the Silva leg break, but this is just as bad if not worse

Terrible way to lose or win a belt.

Hopefully Van runs it back with him shortly.
I feel bad for both. Van gets a lot of hate for celebrating like he did, and the majority will hold him as a paper champ until he rematches with Pantoja. Not the way you want to win a championship belt.

Pantoja hopefully recovers soon and fully, and we get to see a real fight. He was on such a great streak and has many FLW records and to get a loss on your record and lose your belt like that must suck.

Where are the fans and fighters sh**ing on Pantoja for not keeping the fight going? He still had one arm and both legs, a true warrior wouldve kept going...

Who cares if you're blind or can only fight with 1 arm, you're supposed to be a warrior and stay in the cage till you get KO'ed in there, am i right?

It looked really bad. Very unfortunate ending.

yep had this happen to my left arm wresting ..... still hurts lol... they knocked me out with drugs at the hospital to place it back in

He grinded too hard, and it wore down the integrity of his joints. Same what happened with TJ. When I trained I saw a lot of guys having shoulder joint issues if they trained over 10 years.

Why some people bashing Pantoja? What am i missing here?
