I just wanted to say, as I find it interesting, if Volk beats Topuria in January he will be the first person to ever win a title fight in UFC history below 170lbs that's 35 years of age or older and it'd only be like the 3rd time ever at Welterweight and below.

I know Cejudo lost to add to the number, I believe it's currently 2-29 for guys 35 and older, Colby will be the next man to test this statistic at 35 years old when he faces Leon.

Yeah. He did an interview during that Sydney card and said he wanted to fight in december, but the UFC's scheduling already had other title fights in mind for the rest of the year, so they're making him wait until next year.

I got Volk via leg kicks. Topuria has a heavy lead leg boxing stance, which is horrible for leg kicks. Even Bryce H Christ was able to land some good leg kicks on Topuria.

Volk vs Topuria is the best fight that can be made right now. I picked Holloway to beat Aldo both times, Volk to beat Holloway all 3 times, and now Topuria to beat Volk but neither outcome would surprise me.
