Throwing Rockhold directly into the deep end of LHW. Interested to see how he looks at 205.

Luke will be taller and longer than most LHW's just like he is most MW's. But Gus is one of the few that has him beat there. And he has some of the best hands in the division and great TDD. Hard to not pick Alexander by KO/TKO.

Gus is a lot quicker too and has a solid chin. It's a really bad matchup for Rockhold and I expect Gus to get the KO. I'm thinking Rockhold will be contemplating retirement after this fight, he doesn't seem all in on fighting unless he's "the guy", he doesn't like the adversity.

I agree with the sentiment that this is a terrible debut to LHW for Rockhold. His chin has trouble holding up against 185ers. Imagine getting cracked by one of the hardest hitting 205ers. Should've gave him someone a few rungs down the ladder first.

Maybe Rockhold could make it interesting if he keeps the fight at kicking range, lands some devastating body kick or something. Don't see that happen though. Gustaffson is a complete fighter.
