No doubt he would be in top 10. UFC HW division has always been weak. It was alright when Cain and JDS had their battles. But now it turned meeeeh again. Aleks vs Ngannou would be a good fight.

He is training at Akhmat in Chechnia. Hard to come by drugs and alcohol there since it's mostly Muslim territory. Also fresh mountain air, great food and surrounded by motivated fighters. Might have had a good influence on him.

Have u seen him fight recently? He looks absolutely unbelievable and def could be top 5 in UFC. He may well be juiced up to the gills but whatever he is on is working.

I hope so. He looks great and I would love to see him in the UFC, even if he can only fight in Russia. Jail can often turn bums in to disciplined killers.

Yah firstround, you gotta see his recent fights. He looks like utterly unbelievable, like a HW McGregor, just lightning fast, quick AF and melting doods in minutes.

Keep in mind, Fedor always said he was more talented but just could not get his act together. Since he got out of jail, for the first time in history, an Emelianenko has a six pack.

iv seen them .. yeah those ko s are impressive but take a look at his opposition.. he gets talked about all the time bc his big bro and bc he looks like a russian mobster.. if his name was john smith from idaho and had no tats i guarantee no one would be making thread like this one

Sure, the last name helps, but I think they would be making a thread if the guys name was "John Smith" and he was a Combat Sambo World Champ, like Aleks is, and he also was caught up in all the controversies and came out of prison looking like a different entity.
