Aldo said he would only fight for a belt so now he can fight Nate for the McGregor belt.
By beating the guy that beat Conor he can make the case the Conor fight was a fluke. After he can go back to 145 and have a champion vs champion bout with Conor (Conor defending Aldo's FE title and Aldo defending the McGregor belt).
