The FW division needed to be shaken up and some may not be on board with the current direction, however Conor is running the FW division and the reason he isn't defending his title, is because he knows he can't lose agaisnt these midgets with little power.

Yes its arrogant and unfair on some fighters, but Conor has put himself in a position where he will lose against bigger fighters, so it won't be long before he returns to fisting midgets and then fans will moan about Conor being too big for the FW division.
