Kinda reminds me of this thing that happened in Florida when I was a kid. This dude killed a cop during a chase and they chased him into the woods or something. When they found him they unloaded. They shot him like 100 times.

During an interview after the shooting the head sheriff was asked “why did you guys shoot him 100 times?” and the sheriff said “cuz we ran outta bullets”
