The prequels have rewatchability. The sequels are painful to watch.

What i am confused about is anakin went from kid to darth in the prequel. When did he train ashoka? He was the student to obi wan until becoming darth wasn't he?

During the Clone Wars between Episode II and III. Which is 3 years.

Anakin becomes a Jedi Knight after Episode II. Anakin and Obi Wan still work together very frequently during the Clone Wars but they are no longer Master and student.

This last episode was great. Hayden's return as Anakin surprised me. It would have been very easy to completely bomb that, but it was very well done. I never saw the animation, and am just a casual SW fan, but I feel like this made me more interested in Anakin/Vader than any thing else I've seen of him.
A series/movie of the clone wars and showing how war changes him into the ruthless Vader would be awesome.

Didn't the last prequel trilogy movie show how Anakin changed by showing him getting jealous and whack? Looking like sleep deprived drug addict. His ego had something to do with it, as well as killing the tuskens in revenge.
