After Proclaiming, "I Kill Everybody," The Orc Just Layed and Prayed Himself to a Title.

Unless you just give him your neck, he doesn't have a lot of GnP power.
I was surprised at the lack of efficient elbows, considering everything else looks stellar. Would love for him to go to AKA and train and see if he can level up his finishing game

No it went the distance because he didn't truly try to attack because that would've opened opportunities for DDP to explode and get up like we saw near the end. He clearly didn't want to take any risk this fight. He can do that so fair play to him it's within the rules, but it was fucking boring to watch.

I do think people overreact. All his other fights were pretty fun to watch, so he's allowed to have 1 shit fight.
I wouldn't call it shit though not that entertaining but otherwise totally agree. I get the feeling that ddp was expecting and planned for exploding out in the openings created with Khamzat going for a finish, when it didn't happen he didn't have any answers. In a way i would say that this fight answered way more questions, we now know that Khamzat can pace himself and shut down the opponent by risk minimizing grappling.

that was a dominant display by khamzat
ddp just never gave up and he is physically bigger and stronger
boring coz kham couldnt sub
definitely if this was a street fight ddp will have been dead
it was a 5 round control time on the ground

Obviously I meant shit as in entertainment value, not in skills or impressiveness.

Jon Fitch did this to a lot of people too.

I haven't watched the fight, but if he's lay 'n praying now, wait till he has to defend the title lmfao

How would he be dead? You don't die from not getting punched or submitted.

LOL if it were a streetfight Khamzats entire style would be nullified. You can't scramble for takedown anywhere outside a matted octagon, nobody ever does. You'd blow your knees out

LnP & hate all you want but in actuality Chimaev fckn dominated DDP in one area & nobody can really hate on someone using the best tool in their toolbox. From start to finish Khamzat owned Dricus & was in control of the entire fight. Call it boring, call it lame, call it whatever you want but at the end of it all Khamzat is still holding gold.
