After Proclaiming, "I Kill Everybody," The Orc Just Layed and Prayed Himself to a Title.

Don’t blame the lay and pray specialist.

Blame the one who couldn’t counter it.

Why change something that works lol

Did you get your $80+ dollars worth?
Honestly, I can forgive him for playing it safe in the biggest fight of his life up to this point, especially since the narrative was that he cannot pace himself and always blows his load early.

If he just decisions everyone from now on I will miss the wild performances from the earlier fights, but I will still enjoy watching just to see if he can keep doing this. I kinda enjoyed GSPs decision streak as well, the fights themselves weren’t too exciting, but it was fascinating to see how everyone knew what to expect but none could stop it.

Strikes: 1000 - 3

Retards: All he did was hug him. Lay and pray specialist. I'd beat him in a real street fight.

Now do significant strikes.

Don't get me wrong, Chimaev won fair and square, and the fight wasn't boring. Chimaev is never boring in my opinion. He is not entertaining, but not boring.
Usman had some very boring fights, with lay and pray.
It isn't the case with guys like Islam, Khabib or Chimaev.
They tend to be more active on the ground.

But come on, 1000 to 3?
I wouldn't call those strikes.

Ok. but if he walked up to me and asked for $80, I wouldn't give it to him without something in return. I doesn't matter if it's his first time fighting or his 20th time fighting. There's an understanding in the exchange here and he didn't deliver his end of the bargain. It's fair and right to have issue with that.

we might need to rethink this whole "dominant position" thing if nothing dominant...happened. no dominant submission or dominant damage. dominant riding? dominant stalling?
A real problem of etymology khamzat has caused us.

What about DDP literally doing nothing?

“But but but, he survived 25 minutes... ”

Dricus shit the fucking bed and had two boring ass title fights himself, Dricus vs Sean 1 isn’t that great nor is the second fight, Dricus must have been wrestling with his Wiener during fight camp because he had zero takedown defence, and Khamzat was going for chokes and focus defended them

If Dricus had this type of performance there would be 18 threads praising him and calling him the goat

Mma fans suck. That was one of the most dominant performances of all time (coupled with DDP never looking for a way out)
This was like watching a boxer land a few punches and clinch the reminder of the fight. Boring. We saw that already with gsp and don’t need a repeat

did u expect DDP to defend in such a cowardly, boring way?
Na bro

That's not what happened

Dricus didn't have the technical tools

Dont be disingenuous

Whereas Khamzat absolutely had the tools and an absurd amount of dominant position time, perhaps never seen before in MMa, with next to no attempt to finish it

lol

DDP didn't want to risk it for the biscuit

Sorry, bro
Na.

If this is the hill you wamna die on then you are another one who just has nothing worth reading about MMA

A guy being completely outclassed and having no clue what to do to get out of positions is very different to the bs false equivalence you are trying to make

It’s crazy that Khamzat had 12 TDs, all that control time
But DDP was the only one with a sub attempt lol
Dricus did nothing, but actually came closer to finishing the fight
