I agree there is no other way around it , thats the only fight that makes sense if Khabib gets past Dustin .
Im a big GSP fan but i think the GOAT should stay retired while the winner of Tony/Cowboy get their title shot.

He probably wants to go for GSP for the money/legacy fight. I doubt Khabib has 3 more fights left. From the way he is speaking, he probably wants to do one fight a year. He might be one of those guys that can retire undefeated if he plays his cards right. What I don't like about the Tony matchup is that is he is getting older while he sits on the sideline. I hope Tony gets the fight before he turns 36-37.

If he loses all three fights against Khabib, we can maybe discuss bringing in someone new to fight for the belt. But by then he might have improved his wrestling sufficient to allow for a fourth fight. We'll see.
